Metrobus routes detour in D.C., Arlington this weekend and early next week


Buses will temporarily reroute around special events

Metrobuses will detour several routes in the District of Columbia and Arlington, Va., this weekend and early next week due to special events.

Routes 96 will detour from 8 to 11 a.m. on Sunday, March 6, Saturday around Calvert St., between Connecticut and Cleveland Avenue in Northwest Washington due to the Oyster-Adams Bilingual School 5k Race.

Routes 4B and 38B will detour from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., on Tuesday, March 8, around the 2400 block of Wilson Boulevard in Arlington, VA, due to the Clarendon Mardi Gras/St. Patrick’s Day parades.
