Largo Town Center parking garage rehabilitation to temporarily decrease parking spaces

Garage repairs to return facility to state of good repair

Metro will begin a rehabilitation project in the Largo Town Center parking garage on Wednesday, July 20. Approximately 300 of the facility’s 2,200 parking spaces will temporarily be unavailable to customers throughout the project, which is scheduled to run through Dec. 31.

Customers who are unable to find parking at Largo Town Center are encouraged to park at nearby facilities, such as the Addison Road parking garage (100 Addison Road South, Capitol Heights, Md.) or Landover surface parking lot (3000 Pennsy Drive, Hyattsville, Md.). Both lots have capacity for additional vehicles.

Signs will be posted at the Largo parking garage to keep customers informed about the project.
