Metrobus detours this weekend


Buses will temporarily reroute for construction and special events

Metrobus will detour several routes this weekend and on Monday, August 8 for special events and road construction.

• Metrobus routes 96 and P6 will detour from 4 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, August 6, around M St. N.W., between New York Ave., and 1st St., for a block party.
• Metrobus route 4B will detour from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday, August 7, around Pershing Drive between North Glebe Road and North Thomas Street, for a community festival.
• Metrobus routes 10A, 10B and 10E will detour from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday August 8, around the 700 block of Braddock Road in Alexandria, VA, due to roadway work near the Braddock Road station.
