Metrobus detours this weekend


Buses will temporarily reroute for special events

Several Metrobus routes will detour this weekend for special events.

Saturday, October 15 to Sunday, October 16

  • Bus route D6 will detour from 10 a.m., Saturday to 8 p.m., on Sunday, Oct. 16, around F St. NW, between 3rd and 5th Sts., for set up for the Law Enforcement Festival 5K Run and Ride to Remember.
  • Bus routes 32 and 36 will detour from 7 a.m. Saturday to 1 a.m. Sunday around Pennsylvania Ave., NW between 12th and 14th Sts. for set up for the 14th Annual Light the Night Walk.

Saturday, October 15

  • Bus routes 32, 34, 36, 54, 64, 70, 74, P6, S2, S4 and V8 detour from 6 to 8:30 p.m., Saturday, around Pennsylvania Ave., NW between 12th and 14th Sts. for the 14th Annual Light the Night Walk.

Sunday, October 16

  • Bus routes 32, 34, 36, 96 and D6 will detour from 9 to 11:30 a.m., around F St. NW, between 3rd and 5th Sts., for the Law Enforcement Festival 5K Run and Ride to Remember.
  • Bus route 4B will detour from 6 to 11 a.m. Sunday around N. Quincy St., between Glebe Rd. and Wilson Blvd., for an 8K race.
