Metrobus detours this weekend
Buses will temporarily reroute for special events and road construction
Several Metrobus routes will detour this weekend and next week for special events and road construction.
Saturday, November 5
- Bus routes 40, 80, P6 and X2 will detour from 7 a.m., Saturday, November 5, to 7 p.m., Sunday, November 6, around H St., NW, between 9th and 10th Sts., for heavy crane lifting operations.
Sunday, November 6
- Bus routes 32, 34, 36, 54, 64, 70, 74, 96, P6, S2, S4 and V8 will detour from 5 a.m. to noon, Sunday, November 6, around Pennsylvania Ave. NW, between 12th and 14th Sts., for the 2nd Annual Race to End Women’s Cancer.
Monday, November 7 through Thursday, November 10
- Bus routes 90, 92, 93, A42, A44, A46 and P6 will detour from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., Monday, November 7, through Thursday, November 10, due to road construction associated with the 11th Street Bridge project that will close the exit ramp from the Northbound 11th St. Bridge to M St., SE.
