Metro service information for Presidents Day, Monday, February 16
On Presidents Day, Monday, Feb. 16, 2015, Metro service will operate as follows:
- Metrorail: The system will open at 5 a.m. and close at midnight. Trains will operate on a Saturday schedule. Customers are advised of scheduled track work on the Blue Line, where buses will replace trains between Van Dorn Street and Eisenhower Avenue.
- Metrobus: Buses will operate on a Saturday supplemental schedule, with some late-night (post-midnight) trips cancelled on select routes. For information, please consult the timetable for your bus route.
- MetroAccess: Service will operate normal hours. However, subscription trips will be cancelled unless specifically requested.
In addition, Metro's customer information call center will be closed Monday in observance of the holiday. Automated information is available 24/7 by calling (202) 637-7000.
