MEDIA ADVISORY: Area Fire Chiefs and Metro to discuss new fire/rescue liaison post at the Rail Operations Control Center

Metro and the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments will hold a joint press conference to discuss a new fire/rescue liaison position in Metro’s Rail Operations Control Center (ROCC). The newly created position launched on July 1, 2015 is expected to improve coordination between Metro and area Fire/EMS personnel during incidents.
