SERVICE UPDATE: Normal Blue Line service restored following earlier switch repairs

Blue Line trains are no longer being routed over the Yellow Line bridge

Metro has completed switch repairs outside Pentagon Station, allowing for the resumption of Blue Line service on its regular route.

Earlier, Blue Line trains were routed over the Yellow Line bridge to avoid single tracking and delays due to the switch problem.
