D1X Pennsylvania Av Limited

The D1X operates a limited-stop service between Naylor Road Station and Archives Station. It provides service to portions of Hillcrest and Randle Highlands, following Pennsylvania Avenue SE through Capitol Hill to connect with Potomac Avenue Station and Eastern Market Station, then reaching downtown via Independence Avenue SW. The D1X is a shortened version of the former 36 route but no longer serves Potomac Park, Foggy Bottom-GWU Station, Farragut Square or McPherson Square Station.
