To avoid billing, the Metro Parking Office must receive notice of a permit subscription termination by the 10th day of the month prior to the effective date of the permit renewal. An unused permit must be returned to the Parking Office by the 10th day of the month for which the permit is effective in order for a refund to be considered. Full refunds for single unused monthly permits, one time only, may be requested from the Metro Parking Office. Permits to be refunded must be surrendered to the Parking Office for credit.
