Detours Due to USCP Funeral Procession in Downtown DC, Feb 3

Buses will detour due to the United States Capitol Police Funeral procession in downtown DC. Street closures will be intermittent during the procession. Customers are encouraged to plan ahead and allow additional travel time.
The following routes will detour or cut back service:
7Y Lincolnia-North Fairlington
- Buses will operate between Southern Towers and the Pentagon Transit Center.
30N, 30S Friendship Heights-Southeast eastbound toward Naylor Rd/Southern Ave
32, 36 Pennsylvania Avenue eastbound toward Southern Ave/Naylor Rd
- Buses begin detouring on 13th St NW at Pennsylvania Ave, resuming regular route on Pennsylvania Ave SE at 8th St.
30N, 30S Friendship Heights-Southeast westbound toward Friendship Heights
32, 36 Pennsylvania Avenue westbound toward Potomac Park
- Buses begin detouring on 8th St SE at Pennsylvania Ave, resuming regular route on Pennsylvania Ave NW at 9th St.
33 Wisconsin Avenue
- Buses will operate between Friendship Heights/Federal Triangle Metrorail stations and a bus stop located on F St NW at 14th St (stop ID# 1001048).
52 14th Street
- Buses will operate between 14th St & Colorado Ave NW and a bus stop located on 14th St NW at G St (stop ID# 1001070).
59 14th Street Limited
- Buses will operate between Takoma Metrorail station and a bus stop located on E St NW at 13th St (stop ID# 1003197).

- Buses will operate between Takoma/Fort Totten Metrorail stations and a bus stop located on 11th St NW at E St (stop ID# 1001018).

- Buses begin detouring on E St NW at 7th St, resuming regular route on 7th St SW at Frontage Rd.
P6 Anacostia-Eckington northbound toward Rhode Island Ave
- Buses begin detouring on I St SW at 4th St, resuming regular route on 11th St at E St.
P6 Anacostia-Eckington southbound toward Anacostia
- Buses begin detouring on E St NW at H St, resuming regular route on I St SW at 4th St.
S2 16th Street
- Buses will operate between Silver Spring Transit Center and a bus stop located on 9th St NW at F St (stop ID#1001055).
Customers are required to wear face coverings on Metrobus. Face coverings may include bandanas, scarves, neck gaiters or homemade coverings easily made from t-shirts and other materials at minimal cost.
