Several routes will detour due to the 2022 Asian Heritage Festival. Please allow additional travel time and avoid the area if possible. Consider Metrorail as an alternate travel option.
Street Closures:
• Pennsylvania Avenue, between 3rd Street and 7th Street, NW
• Constitution Avenue, between 3rd Street to Pennsylvania Avenue, NW
• Constitution Avenue, between 7th Street to Pennsylvania Avenue, NW
• 3rd Street, between Madison Avenue and Constitution Avenue, NW
• 4th Street, between Madison Avenue and Constitution Avenue, NW
• 6th Street, between Constitution Avenue to South of C Street, NW
The following routes will detour:
32,36 Pennsylvania Ave Eastbound to Naylor Rd Station
- No detour
32,36 Pennsylvania Ave Westbound to Potomac Park
- Buses begin detouring on Independence Ave at 4th St NW, resuming regular route on Pennsylvania Ave at 7th ST NW.
P6 Anacostia-Eckington Northbound to Rhode Island Station
- Buses begin detouring on Independence Ave at 4th St SW, resuming regular route on Pennsylvania Ave at 7th St NW.
P6 Anacostia-Eckington Southbound to Anacostia Station
- No detour
