Temporary Detour: Construction on Fenton Street, May 19

Beginning on Monday, May 19 until Wednesday, June 4 from 9:00pm until 6:00am daily, buses will detour because of construction on Fenton Street. Please sign up for MetroAlerts at www.wmata.com/metroalerts for service information. 

Street Closures: 
  • Fenton Street between Colesville Road and Ellsworth Drive 

The following route will detour: 

F4 New Carrollton-Silver Spring Ln eastbound towards New Carrollton 
  • Buses begin detouring on Colesville Road at Fenton Street, resuming regular route on Fenton Street at Bonifant Street. 

F4 New Carrollton-Silver Spring Ln westbound towards Silver Spring 
  • Buses begin detouring on Fenton Street at Wayne Avenue, resuming regular route on Silver Spring Station at Bay 223.
