College Park MTPD Bike Rack Removal

Advisory Effective: 1/9/26 - 1/21/26

As part of a safety improvement initiative, select bicycle racks at College Park-U of MD stations will be removed and relocated to the inside of the station on January 20, 2026. Once installation is complete, the relocated racks will be available. This action is being taken to enhance customer safety by aligning bicycle parking infrastructure with areas monitored by Metro Transit Police Department (MTPD) surveillance systems. Please follow posted signs to access the available bike racks.

Access to the Bike & Ride facilities at this station will also remain unaffected.
