Synopsis
The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is seeking vendors for multiple indefinite delivery – requirements contracts whose offers conform to the solicitation and are determined to be the lowest priced among those offers rated “Technically Acceptable”. Prices are determined by Firm Fixed Unit Prices as submitted on the Unit Price Schedules. The period of performance is One (1) Base Year with Four (4) One Year Option Periods. The Authority will evaluate price proposals for reasonableness, completeness, and realism as appropriate. Submittal of proposed prices for both the Base and the Options are requirements of this proposal; failure to do so will necessitate rejection of the proposal. All Questions regarding the solicitation content or the material being solicited, should be forwarded to Alicia Blanton at ablanton@wmata.com no later than January 9, 2015. Questions will not be taken or answered over the telephone. Only questions submitted via email will be answered.
